These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Amazeo website, platform, and services (“Services”) provided by Amazeo (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using Amazeo.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

1. Who Can Use Amazeo

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA) and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Amazeo. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Your Account

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you upload, submit, or generate through Amazeo — including videos, images, text prompts, audio, and other media (“User Content”).

By using our Services, you grant Amazeo a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, store, process, enhance, display, and reproduce your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the platform.

In addition, unless you explicitly opt out, you grant Amazeo the right to use and showcase your final generated content (but not your raw uploads) in our marketing materials, including but not limited to:

Our website, social media accounts, and public case studies

Product demonstrations or educational content

Promotional campaigns that highlight the capabilities of our platform

We will never sell your content, use your brand without attribution, or publish any confidential material you’ve marked as private. You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that:

You have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload and use the content

Your content does not infringe upon the rights of others, including copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights

Your content does not contain unlawful, harmful, or misleading material

We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to any content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

4. Generated Content

When using Amazeo, you may generate content using our AI-powered features (“Generated Content”).

You may use Generated Content for commercial or personal purposes, subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable laws. We do not guarantee that Generated Content will be error-free, copyright-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use Amazeo to create or distribute illegal, harmful, hateful, or misleading content

Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or misuse our AI systems

Interfere with or disrupt our platform

Share your account credentials or access with others without permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription. Prices and billing terms are listed on our Pricing page. By subscribing, you authorize Amazeo or its payment processor to charge your payment method.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

Amazeo owns all rights, titles, and interests in the platform, including software, branding, design, and AI systems. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except to use the Services as permitted.

8. Disclaimers

Amazeo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. You use Amazeo at your own risk.

We are not liable for:

Loss of data

Business interruption

Inaccurate or offensive content

Legal claims from third parties regarding your use of generated content

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amazeo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability in any matter related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event.

10. Termination

You may stop using Amazeo at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends, but sections related to ownership, limitations, and dispute resolution will survive.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we’ll notify you via the platform or email. Continued use of Amazeo after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law
